The design of the CMHHK logo, characterised by the outline of the hospital building, showcases both traditional Chinese architectural elements and the vibrancy of Chinese culture, highlighting the unique position of the CMHHK within Hong Kong’s healthcare system.
Civil & Structural Works for Tseung Kwan O Depot (TKD) Phase 2 Area (Contract No.: C9517.A2-23C)
MTR Tseung Kwan O Depot is the depot of the MTR Tseung Kwan O Line. It is located in Siu Chik Sha, Tseung Kwan O, Sai Kung District, New Territories, Hong Kong. It covers an area of 8.5 hectares. It was opened on 2002. The depot is adjacent to LOHAS Park Station, and is covered by the MTR’s large-scale residential project LOHAS Park and the shopping mall THE LOHAS.
Penfold Park is located in the infield of the Sha Tin Racecourse with covering an area of about eight hectares. It provides leisure facilities for both animal-lovers and their pets.
During the 2008 Beijing Olympics, Penfold Park was renovated and served as a training venue for the world’s top equestrian horses. To carry forward the spirit of the Olympics, numerous Olympic exhibits are displayed at the Park including the Hong Kong Olympic Cauldron and Olympic Mega Rings, a horse statue bearing Olympic gold medallists’ autographs and Olympic equestrian fences.
SHA TIN Water Treatment Works is the largest water treatment works in Hong Kong in terms of daily output capacity. It provides treated water supplies to Sha Tin, Central Kowloon and part of Hong Kong Island. It was first commissioned in May 1964 with a treated water output of 364,000 cubic metres per day. It was then extended in stages and the nominal capacity has become 1,227,000 cubic metres per day since 1983.
Contract No. DC/2020/05. The works include construction of a main caverns complex at Nui Po Shan of about 14 hectares, a secondary access tunnel, a ventilation shaft and a ventilation adit, as well as site formation works at portal areas, construction of effluent discharge pipes and other related works.
Lot No. 1069 in Survey District No. 3 has a site area of about 20,167 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. Not less than 1,000 units out of the total number of residential units to be erected within the lot shall be starter homes units to implement the Starter Homes Pilot Project.
Redevelop the existing multi-purpose gymnasium of the Correctional Services Department Redevelopment College into a new multi-purpose complex. Facilities include an indoor sports hall, a physical conditioning room, a 250-seat auditorium, an indoor mini firing range, a VR training room, an armoury with ancillary facilities and renovation the existing physical conditioning room at West Wing and armoury at Administration Block into a new tactical training room and a store room for tactical training equipment respectively after completion of the new multi-purpose complex.
Providing the expanded capacity for HKIA to further strengthen Hong Kong’s position as a major international aviation hub. HKIA’s target is to serve 120 million passengers and handle 10 million tonnes of cargo annually in about 10 years from now.

The Coast Line is a private housing estate developed CK Asset Holdings Limited. It is located at No. 15 and No. 8 Tung Yuen Street, Yau Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The entire application site is registered as Yau Tong Inland Lot No. 45. It is developed in two phases, providing a total of 886 units.
China Mobile Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Hong Kong Fo Tan Data Center is expected to be operational in 2025. Fo Tan Data Center will directly link to China Mobile’s other five self-built core data centers in the GBA and connect to the world via five international submarine cables and five core cross-border terrestrial cable systems. The new infrastructure will further enhance China Mobile’s value in self-owned data center network, cross-border connectivity resources, and local 5G and fibre optic network.
Covering an area of 87 hectares and the development is divided into two phases. The estimated total floor area of the first phase will provide Research and Development (“R&D”) (Wet Lab / Advanced Manufacturing) buildings, Dry Lab / Office buildings, Research, Academic and Industry buildings, Talent Accommodation, Visitor Lodges, Commercial and Ancillary facilities, etc. Apart from the Batch 1, the remaining land in the first phase of HSITP will be developed through enterprises investment, aiming to enhance the speed and quantity of project development by leveraging market forces to build high-quality research and industrial infrastructure.
In Galaxy phase 3D project, a multi-floor new hotel with a terrace swimming pool will be built. Less than 100 rooms will be launched in order to meet the expectation of high-end customers.
Equipped with both essential and supporting facilities to host large-scale shows with a capacity for more than 50,000 spectators. The new venue will be leveraged to introduce international performing arts programmes and encourage organisers of outdoor cultural festivals, performing arts programmes, and tour shows from home and abroad to run international performances in Macao.
